Original Purchasers Warranty

Gila Distributing, the fabricator, warrants Headlamp Protection
Products installed on the factory paint finish or on the factory
installed lenses (utilizing bulbs with factory recommended wattage)
of the purchaser's vehicle for four (4) years from date of purchase.
Gila Distributing warrants your product against
yellowing, cracking or peeling due to discernible defects in
manufacturing of said product. If the product is found to
be defective, Gila Distributing will replace the product at no
charge to the purchaser (installation labor excepted). This warranty
is valid for the original purchaser of the product and is
no transferable. Gila Distributing assumes no liability for
deterioration of the film caused by normal wear, accident,
collision, negligence, vandalism or abuse. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO
MANUFACTURING QUALITY ONLY. The installer is solely responsible for
the quality of installation of the product installed on the vehicle.
Contractors, including the installer, do not have the authority or
the power to alter or extend the limited warranty set forth on this
certificate. The installer is neither an employee nor an agent of
Gila Distributing. Gila Distributing does not warrant installation
methods, or any installer action. To initiate warranty service, send
this warranty form along with the defective
product for our inspection to:

Upon inspection and determination that the purchaser's claim on the
defective product fails within the scope of this
warranty, Gila Distributing will send purchaser a replacement
product for free of any charge. Neither Gila Distributing, as
fabricator, not the installer shall be liable or responsible for the
loss or damage, direct, incidental, or consequential, other than as
set forth above, arising from the sale, installation, use or
inability to use the film. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND NO WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT SHALL BE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR USE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES THE PURCHASER SPECIFIC LEGAL
RIGHTS, AND THE PURCHASER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY
FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. Some jurisdictions do not allow
the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages
or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts. The above
limitations and/or exclusions may therefore not apply. THERE ARE NO
OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OTHER THAN THE $1,000
PROTECTION GUARANTEE THAT IS SEPARATE AND APART FROM THIS WARRANTY.

Gila Distributing guarantees the purchaser of any Body Armor
Headlight Protection Product that when such product is properly
applied to the lens, it will prevent road debris from breaking or
cracking any such protected lens. Should a protected lens become
broken or cracked by the event of road debris passing through a
properly installed Body Armor Headlight Protection Product, Gila
Distributing will refund to the original purchaser of the Body Armor
Light Protection Product, up to $1,000 U.S. toward the purchaser's
insurance deductible for replacement of the damaged lens. This
warranty does not cover damage to an unprotected part or portion of
the lens. It also does not cover intentional impacts, impacts from
objects other than normal road debris, abuse, vandalism, misuse,
fire, collisions, accidents, acts of God, defects in the manufacture
of the lens or damage to the product from harsh chemicals. This
Protection Guarantee is valid only if: |
- At the time
of the impact damage, the shield was properly in place.
- The vehicle
was insured for coverage against damage from any such impact.
- The
insurance company has been notified (written proof required).
- No more
than thirty (30) days after the impact occurred, you mail Gila
Distributing clear copies of the following documents:

Proof of purchase.

Copy of claim sent to Insurance Company.

Insurance coverage documents for the vehicle, clearly showing
all details, including the vehicle identification number and the
insurance deductible amount.

A dated declaration, signed by you, the original owner of the kit, attesting that the vehicle has been damaged in
accordance with the terms stated above

This Protection Guarantee is effective for four (4) years from the
date of purchase and is limited to one claim. Once Gila Distributing
verifies that all of the above listed terms and conditions have been
properly met, a check for the insurance deductible (up to $1,000
U.S.) will be mailed to the original purchaser within thirty (30)
days. Registering is not necessary. |
